At the start of a new year, I thought it would be appropriate to do a post on goal setting. Perhaps you have some things you would like to accomplish with your training or other areas of life. Perhaps you have made some resolutions for the new year. However, a common problem I see is that most people have what I call "general objectives" but fail to turn those vague wants into targeted goals.
